What we collect and why.

What we collect. When you send an inquiry or complete a project intake, we store what you type: your name, email, phone, business details, and your answers. When you buy a package, Stripe processes your payment; we receive your name, email, phone, business name, and a payment reference. We never see or store your card number.

Why. To reply to you, scope and deliver your project, and keep a record of what you ordered. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it lives. Form and order records are stored in Cloudflare (D1, United States region) and Stripe. Notification copies go to Vantrum's business email. We keep project records for as long as we have a business relationship with you and as required for tax and accounting.

Your choices. Email info@vantrum.com to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you. We answer within 30 days.

Cookies. This site sets no tracking cookies. Stripe Checkout sets its own cookies for fraud prevention on its pages. We use browser storage only to keep your unsent intake answers on your device.
